Business Management Series: Digital transformation and changing nature of the work with a focus on online labour platforms and crowdworking

Paid, online crowdwork has emerged as a new model of digitally mediated employment. It involves the performance of online tasks by distributed crowdworkers who are financially compensated by job providers (individuals, groups, or organizations). This seminar focuses on how crowdworking as a new form of digitally mediated employment _which is increasingly using by organizations_ will affect the world of work and how these changes should be realized, regulated, and managed across global, societal, organizational, and individual levels.
