- The concept of mindfulness, the origin of the concept, its scientific background, the usage areas of mindfulness-based programs
- Understanding sources of stress, and mental and physiological responses during the stress experience
- The importance of mindfulness practices to reduce stress and anxiety
- Improving the quality of interpersonal communication with mindfulness at work
- Mindfulness skills and mindful leadership in business
- Practical examples of mindfulness practices that can be applied in working life
