A BMS session: Mindfulness for Wellbeing in Business

  • The concept of mindfulness, the origin of the concept, its scientific background, the usage areas of mindfulness-based programs
  • Understanding sources of stress, and mental and physiological responses during the stress experience
  • The importance of mindfulness practices to reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improving the quality of interpersonal communication with mindfulness at work
  • Mindfulness skills and mindful leadership in business
  • Practical examples of mindfulness practices that can be applied in working life
