Mock Trial with the Service Prosecuting Authority
An exciting opportunity for Law students to participate in a criminal court martial (mock trial) and learn more about a law career with the Military.
The event requires:
- 24 law students
Skills acquired:
- Drafting skeleton arguments, opening and closing speeches, preparing examination in chief and cross examination of witnesses learning about the Judge’s decision-making process.
Please Note- There is one compulsory meeting that you must attend before the trial in order to be propely briefed'
