Goal: Accepting that your positive traits have a “dark side” is important – yet difficult! However this may teach us to build a network of people who are different to us and can keep us balanced and “in check”

- Define “derailment factors”
- Identify what your “derailment factors” are
- Recognise and accept your “dark side”
- Discuss how you can “go back to the drawing board” when you have to.
