Goal: Always make time to self-reflect, and sometimes reframing our ideas can be healthy – and far more compassionate.
Aims & Objectives
- Accepting that while something may not be your fault, it can still be your problem
- Discussing restitution and the “eye for an eye” approach
- Identify ways of releasing anger and moving on (forgiving without necessarily forgetting!)
- Exploring the common pitfalls of learning (such as egotistic thought, and feeling “sorry” for someone who is different, or expecting someone to be able to “make lemonade” when life gives them lemons – just because you can”
