Goal: Acceptance that sometimes an exit strategy is the best approach.
Aims & Objectives
- Identifying the types of toxic behaviours you may encounter eg: Gaslighting, Borderline Personality Disorder and other psychopathologies
- Exploring ways to manage yourself around them
- Identifying how traits such as “laziness” or “over-acceptance”/not wanting to rock the boat can make things worse
- Planning an exit strategy and managing your mental wellbeing while you prepare to leave.
