SAP Success Factors - Student Consultation Morning
SAP ("Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing") is a German-based European multinational software corporation that makes enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations.
SAP SuccessFactors and Brunel University London has come together to collaborate and bridge the gap between academic HR studies and real life commercial HR strategy.
On Thursday 20th June in SAP Clockhouse Place, SAP will host a consultancy morning.
This will involve MSc HR students presenting ideas and creating an opening discussion on how participant organisations can further their HR function coming in 2019/2020
The morning of the event will be structured as follows:
9am – 9:30am – Tea, coffee and cakes
9:30am – 10am – Introductions
10am – 10:40am – How are organisations evolving – This will be a discussion on how thought leaders are viewing the evolving HR trends.
10:40am – 11:45am – Brunel University London student consultation workshop – student groups will break off into separate workshop groups with their HR leaders. Here they will present, discuss and explore their ideas.
11:45am – 12am – Review and discussion – student groups and HR leaders will come back together as one group and share their thoughts and the idea’s discussed in break off sessions.
12am – 12:30pm –SAP will highlight the latest innovation within HRIS. We will specifically focus on Gender Bias, Chatbots and AI.
12:30pm – 12:40pm – Conclusion
Aimed at
Students who study MSc HRM and MSc HR and ER or those who want to pursue a career in HRM.Aims & Objectives
The aim of this event is to give students the floor with experienced HR leaders to discuss their ideas.
The students will be broken down into groups of 3/4. Each group will be assigned an organisation. They will have 4-5 weeks to study the briefing, understand the business and put together ideas/theories on how the business can improve.
