Mindfulness: What to do when quitting IS an option

Goal: Acceptance that sometimes an exit strategy is the best approach.

Aims & Objectives

  • Identifying the types of toxic behaviours you may encounter eg: Gaslighting, Borderline Personality Disorder and other psychopathologies
  • Exploring ways to manage yourself around them
  • Identifying how traits such as “laziness” or “over-acceptance”/not wanting to rock the boat can make things worse
  • Planning an exit strategy and managing your mental wellbeing while you prepare to leave.
